Requesting a Refund or Canceling an Order
To request a refund or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at support@dktshop.com within 24-48 hours of placing your order. Our experts will respond promptly to assist you.
Returns Guidelines
If your package did not arrive on time or arrived damaged, incomplete, or in poor condition:
- Shipping will be free of charge. Please reach out to us immediately, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Before sending any items back:
- Complete a Return Request and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns received without an 'RA Number' will not be processed.
- All returns must be in resale condition and in their original packaging.
Returns must be made within 35 days from the date of order.
Photos and Tracking
We may ask for photos if an item is damaged, defective, or the wrong size.
Please provide us with the tracking number when returning the package for better coordination.
Cost of Returns
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of returning any items to us. For non-defective items and items that have been received 100% as ordered, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.
Processing Refunds or Exchanges
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on where to send your order and what to expect next. After receiving your return, we will process your request within 5 business days and issue a refund or initiate an exchange if applicable. We may contact you to discuss available options and confirm the desired product for exchange.
Refund Policy
Please note that our refund policy lasts for 35 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
